1 package of instant breakfast mix
2 cups of milk

The Cinnamon Roll:

¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cup of milk

Peanut Butter Cup:

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 cup of milk
Egg white from 1 egg
2 tablespoons hazelnut creamer
The Caffeinator:
2 scoops of Protein Coffee Co. Vanilla Protein
1 ½ cups of skim milk
1 cup of water
A handful of ice
Feel free to substitute all milks with whichever version fits your diet, whether it’s whole, skim, almond, hemp, or even water. Hemp hearts, chia seeds, and flax seeds are other additions that add nutrition and density without altering any of the flavor.
