The Chris Gronkowski special, the graham cracker protein shake.  The Gronkowski house hold favorite "cereal" is now a protein shake favorite recipe and is the grownup version of dipping graham crackers in milk.  Hit one of these bad boys as a breakfast shake or pre gym workout shake in our shaker cup and get gronked. 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pieces of Ice

2 Graham Crackers

8oz Milk

4oz Water

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

g, g, 

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients into Ice Shaker bottle and shake until blended.
